Refund Policy

This Refund Policy does not apply to all courses and services offered by TheConsulting.io. A refund policy shall apply only if it is expressly mentioned on the respective course/service landing page and checkout page. In the absence of such a mention, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

For courses or services where a refund policy is explicitly offered, you must submit your refund request within the refund period specified on the respective course/service page. Requests received after the applicable refund period will not be considered.

Where applicable, you may be required to demonstrate that you have actively participated in the course and completed the required work before your refund request can be evaluated.

If you have enrolled using a payment plan or installment option, you are required to complete all scheduled payments. Payment plans cannot be cancelled midway unless otherwise stated in the applicable refund policy.

Where applicable, if you have accessed, downloaded, or substantially consumed the course materials, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, templates, audio files, or other downloadable resources, TheConsulting.io reserves the right to deny any refund request in accordance with the applicable refund policy.

Any refund, where applicable, shall be subject to review by TheConsulting.io and will be processed solely in accordance with the refund terms specified for the respective course or service. The decision of TheConsulting.io regarding any refund request shall be final.
