1. Data Analyst: The job of the data analyst is to make large data sets simple after analyzing and transforming complex data. 

They analyze web activities and related data to find relevant insights that are useful for business. 

Data Analyst Qualifications

2. Data Scientist: This role of a data scientist is more complex than the role of a data analyst. Data scientists give strategic solutions to complex problems by analyzing, processing, and finding results to problems. In a few cases, they perform data preparation tasks also. It helps them in analyzing data from roots and gives exact solutions as per data analysis. 

Data Scientists Qualifications 

To work as a data scientist, you must have an undergraduate or a postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline, such as Business information systems, Computer science, Economics, Information Management, Mathematics, and Statistics. At different levels, the course eligibility differs.

Sometimes you must have Industry specific experience such as in retail, food, manufacturing, etc.

3. Data Engineers: Data Engineers develop ecosystems so that data analysts and scientists perform their functions smoothly. Their work also includes updating the technologies and advancing in versions as per the latest technology. They give advanced workspace to other data functions to perform. They improve the efficiency of databases.

Qualifications required :

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or other engineering disciplines with significant experience in programming.
  • Master's degree or postgraduate degree in topics related to Data Science, Big Data, and/or DevOps, or, failing that, demonstrable experience in these topics.

4. Database Administrator: As the name suggests this job role is self-explanatory. They ensure the efficiently working of databases of companies and regulate its access or no access to the employees. They also perform database backups and recoveries. 

Qualifications required: Database administrators need at least a bachelor's degree in information science or computer science for most entry-level positions. Depending on the size and complexity of their company or governing body, these professionals may need a master's degree in database administration or information technology.

Employers: Depending on the size of the organization, Each company needs data administration so there are numerous jobs available with many employers in the market.

5. Data Architect: Data architect makes new database systems to make efficient use of data and easily accessible to get used by Data Scientists. It is one of the highest paying jobs nowadays. The main goal of a data scientist is to make information easily accessible. 

Qualifications required :

The minimum qualification requirement is a bachelor's degree in either computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. The coursework should cover data management, programming, application design, big data development, systems analysis, and technology architecture.
